Dr. Diaz-Mori attended medical school at the Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal School of Human Medicine in Lima, Peru.
He completed his internship and residency in Family Medicine at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, New York.
Dr. Diaz-Mori completed his residency in Endocrine and Metabolism at Hospital Central de la Fuerza Aérea Peruana in Peru.
He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association.
Dr. Diaz-Mori is certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine.
